 BoxerSled Display   

This display for the Subaru WRX STI revolved around the awesome stunt where a WRX STI drove up an Olympic luge! Our approach was to make a display that looked as if a section of the luge was cut out and put on display at the auto show. There were many details and components brainstormed, including a real wall of ice you could touch and leave an imprint on.

The final design featured a towering, custom vehicle display made from dense foam featuring the Subaru WRX that ascended an Olympic luge, showing off its advanced handling and traction control, in all its banged-up glory. A video of the exciting stunt is featured on an accompanying monitor.

Photos depict the produced unit, which was featured at multiple auto shows and events including Chicago, Detroit, and the main entrance of the New York Auto Show.
